I’ve just returned from leading another group around the incredible Faroe Islands.

Continuing on with my impression series, this time it’s from the Faroe Islands where I just spent 7 days leading a group around the 18 islands. The trip didn’t get off to the best start as unfortunately my flight to Edinburgh from Belfast got delayed for over 2 hours because there was no ground crew to get the plane ready for take off, then they loaded the wrong bags onto the plane which meant I missed my connecting flight to the Faroe Islands. I had to spend a night in Edinburgh, fly to Copenhagen the next morning then from Copenhagen to Faroe Islands – the only saving grace was the weather was windy and rainy on the first morning of the trip! I have to say a massive thank you to my good friend Kevin who was able to get the group to the accommodation and get them settled in and got them out the next morning for a few hours of shooting – thank you Kevin!

Anyway, onto just some of the images from Faroe Islands, these are just some behind the scenes shots away from the classic landscapes.
